Why Did You Choose Bastyr's DAOM Program?
"I chose to do my doctoral studies at Bastyr University because I believe in the school's potential and was impressed by the thoughtfulness put into developing its doctoral program. I have done a great deal of research on schools in the United States that offer doctoral degrees in Oriental Medicine. Bastyr University proved to have the strongest research and clinical training curriculum. Studying here the past three years has allowed me to learn from many experienced TCM doctors who are well known for their traditional Chinese medical knowledge. The doctoral program also provides me with further opportunities, beyond my master's degree here, to observe and learn from the faculty's experiences. Having gone through most of my TCM education at Bastyr, I am confident the University has trained and prepared me to be a skillful practitioner."
