Why did you choose Bastyr’s DAOM program?
“The DAOM program at Bastyr attracted me because of its integrated approach to oncology. Issues such as the pathology and etiology of cancer, as well as clinical efficacy, are not only a challenge in biomedicine, but in Chinese medicine as well. Exploring the different aspects of cancer stimulates my comprehension of human civilization through both modern science and ancient wisdom. The opportunity to study at a multi-degree university, with a mission of natural healing, was the light that brought me to Bastyr University. I appreciate the cadaver lab and the peace of the herbal garden.”
